Education Paraprofessionals at the Challenger ESE Center, who work with special needs students and bus assistants on handicapped buses, will be compensated by an additional 5% of base salary for their position. The hourly rate for summer school Education Paraprofessionals will be calculated by dividing their daily rate by 7.
